Bobadilla Family Child Care Home has been in operation for20 years and offers home-based, high-quality, early childcare education program. Bobadilla FCCH serves children of all ages, giving them access to a high-quality early childhood education program which helps prepare children for the education experiences of kindergarten and beyond.. Bobadilla FCCH is committed to offering a high-quality ch
ild care program that meets or exceeds state and national standards in health, safety, administration, teacher qualifications, curriculum, communication, and community involvement, as curriculum is much more than what appears in manuals or a series of activities. Curriculum is everything that happens in the child care setting, from interactions and nutrition to learning and playing – it is a fine balance between choice and structured activities, between group and individual activity, and between teacher and child-directed experiences. Essentially, every activity is an opportunity for a teachable moment at Bobadilla FCCH. Bobadilla FCCH has served over 50 different families since it opened its doors in the year 2000. Bobadilla has a Bachelor of Science degree in Adolescent and Child Development from Union Institute & University and holds a Site Supervisor Permit through the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and continues to further her education and pursue professional development through College of the Desert, UC Riverside Extension (CARES Plus), the Riverside County Child Care Consortium, RCOE, UC Davis Trainings, and more. Bobadilla FCCH also participates in the Family Resource and Refferals Food Program and accepts all families inlcuding those enrolled in subsidized child care programs. Every year Bobadilla FCCH participates in the Week of the Young Child events and the Stan and Carolyn Little Conference for Early Childhood Education professionals.
