Congratulations to Bella Meier on playing a beautiful senior recital today! Bella performed works by Bach, Mozart, Sibelius, and Castro: a varied and challenging program that she played with confidence and artistry. This past year Bella has grown so much as a musician, and today all of that hard work paid off. We’re so proud of you, Bella! 🔥🎹

Registration is open for Butler University Piano Camp! June 15-19 in Indianapolis. Now in our 31st year, Piano Camp is a weeklong intensive for pianists entering grades 7-12.

Daily lessons, masterclasses, technique and interpretation seminars, piano ensembles, movement classes, and a final recital in Butler’s Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall.

This year’s featured composer is Franz Liszt.

Campers can either participate as day campers or stay in dorms on campus.

Congratulations to pianist Cora Hart on her a wonderful senior recital today! She prepared so well, and today was the culmination of months and months of hard work.

The program was: Haydn Sonata in E-flat Major, Hob XVI:52, the F Major Prelude and Fugue from WTC Book 1, Debussy’s Reverie, and Cecile Chaminade’s Piano Sonata in C Minor, Op. 21. Well done, Cora!! 👏👏👏👏
