Our littlest friends have been busy learning new routines, meeting classmates, and getting to see what St. Jude is all about! Kindergarteners, we’re so glad you’re here! 🫶🏼

So proud of IQE SGO Partner School, St. Jude Catholic School Indianapolis! Their 3rd graders earned a stellar 97.7% pass rate on the Indiana IREAD-3 reading test.High five to the students, teachers, and families!

Mrs. Carr’s 5th & 6th grade students performed Scripture Theater last week 🎭 Students worked in small groups to create and perform a skit that represented their understanding of scripture. What a great way to make meaningful connections to their own personal lives! 🙏🏻

🍦I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM! 🍦 Bravo to all of our students who participated in our Summer Bridge Book program! Those who completed at least 30 pages of their workbooks were rewarded with an ice cream party today! Great job putting in work while on summer vacation, kids! 😎💪🏻

6th grade Social Studies students get to know their classmates through an Artifact Museum project // Students chose a few items to display in their mini museums and wrote about why these artifacts represented who they are. Bravo, Mrs. Tilson’s classes! 👏🏻👏🏻

We can’t wait to see the wonderful things they accomplish this year as the student-leaders of our school! As a K-8 building, these kids consistently get the opportunity to be a positive influence and good role model for our younger students. Wishing them a successful last year here at St. Jude! ♥️

Today we said “see you later” to our beloved Feelings Teacher, Mrs. Tuttle2! She is off on a new adventure and has passed the compassionate torch onto Mrs. Thomas, who is excited to start getting to know all of our students at St. Jude. We learned that we can have many kinds of feelings and it’s okay to be both sad and happy at the same time. Best wishes to Mrs. Tuttle2 and a warm welcome to Mrs. Thomas!

We had an excellent first day of school here at St. Jude! The classrooms and halls were filled with students eager to meet their teachers, see old friends, make some new ones, and learn more about all the fun things this year will bring.
