AIA Indiana High School Architectural Design Competition

Since 1971, the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects has sponsored this design competition for all of Indiana's high school students.

This year's competition program is in progress. Stay tuned for more details. This design competition is an excellent vehicle for students to explore an interest in architecture and design, as well as a great resume builder. Three top prizes of $500, a custom designed trophy, a certificate of excellence, and a $500 scholarship to a summer architectural workshop, should be pretty motivating as well!

The first round of judging is complete! We had some great entries this year! Everyone who provided an email address should have recieved a notification of their standing.

Our finalists will be on display in the Indianapolis Artsgarden for the two weeks before the award ceremony. See you all on May 8th!
