Lyons at Drum Corps International!

Three students represented Our Lady of Lourdes School in BLASTING fashion at Lucas Oil Stadium after being selected to participate with 1000 other middle school band students from around the state of Indiana. The students were directed by some of the biggest names in the music education industry and even got to perform with world class trumpeter, Al Chez, the lead trumpeter for the Late Show with David Letterman for 17 years! Great job, Amos, Cooper and Gabe! And great job Mr. Peter Felice assisting as a band director!

Our theme for the year: “With Christ leading, we can do better!” And we’re off to a ROARING start. Great families, great staff, great building improvements, and more, all packed into a great first day at OLL!

Welcome back, teachers! This morning all staff gathered to kick off 26-27, and then teachers spent the day setting the tone for a year of progress. Lots of great learning and planning took place, and Lourdes Lyons are in great hands! 🐾🐾
