For an interactive session of meditation, creative expression, fellowship & fun!
For some people this time of year and holiday season can be extremely hard to get through for various reasons. From grieving the loss of a loved one, chronic pain to struggling with Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D), illnesses or even family estrangements, it can be a challenge to get through. Sometimes when we are struggling, it's normal to often feel alone during such difficult moments.
During such times, we need to utilize and strengthen our coping skills to build our resilience so that we can navigate and combat our feelings of isolation and/or loneliness.
We want you to know that you are never alone! ๐ซ
Even for those who may not be struggling,
This Art Party is for you! ๐จ ๐ ๐ผ ๐ ๐ ๐
Bring whatever materials you have:
Journals, sketch book, coloring book, playdoh. Poster board, old magazines, stickers, glue, pen, paper, crayons, markers & scissors
But most importantly - Bring YOU!
You don't have to be an artist, it's all about the process, fellowship and freedom of creative expression. All ages are welcomed.
Let's create a sacred safe space of healing, unity, affirmations & love!
