National FFA Convention 2025

Deer Park FFA Officers and Milk Quality Team had the opportunity to attend the 98th Annual National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. Students attended sessions, networked with over 300 businesses and colleges in the expo center, and met members from across the country.

The David Berrier Agricultural Science Center

We proudly dedicated our Ag Barn to Mr. David Berrier in honor of his 45 years of service in education!

Since joining Deer Park ISD in 1998, Mr. Berrier has made an incredible impact as both an Ag Science Teacher and CTE Director. His heart for students, families, teachers, and our entire community shines through everything he does.

We couldn’t be more grateful for his dedication and leadership and we’re beyond excited to have our facility bear his name.

Deer Park FFA ended PLSR week with our annual Greenhand Camp, and it was a HUGE success! 🌟

Our new members spent the day learning about the FFA, building leadership skills, meeting fellow chapter members and officers, and seeing all that is offered within the FFA.

We can’t wait to see all that our Greenhand members accomplish this year. Welcome to the Deer Park FFA family! 🐂💛💙

We are extremely proud of our exhibitors in both the Livestock and Non-Livestock Divisions. Our students devote countless hours, resources, and effort into their projects, and their hard work is clearly reflected in their successes.

Highlights of this year’s achievements include:
* 8 of the 13 Grand Champions
* 6 of the 13 Reserve Champions
* 83 total exhibitors represented at the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo
* 15 of the 20 Showmanship Buckles

We are beyond proud of each of our exhibitors and the dedication they continue to show. Deer Park FFA members represent our school and community with excellence, and we are deeply grateful for your unwavering support.

Hunter Stanley was Division Champion and 3rd Overall at the PLSR Ag Mech Show with his “Simple Bar”. Hunter has worked diligently on his project, showing his skills, hard work and craftsmanship. We are so proud of you Hunter!! 🏆
