Cultivating a collaborative, well-resourced work environment where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow is what FTCSC is about. Thursday, FTCSC hosted our 2nd District Mentoring session for 26/27, focusing on a crucial foundation for student success: Classroom Management for the New Teacher.
Mentors and mentees gathered to gain real-world strategies and insights from six experienced FTCSC teachers, followed by collaborative situational Q&A discussions on navigating everyday classroom scenarios.
FTCSC is dedicated to supporting our newest Difference Makers through targeted mentorship from our amazing staff both at the building and district levels. Together, we're building a stronger future for our schools and students!

How cool is this! Former FTCSC Flashes Community students are coming back home, but this time they are not sitting in the classroom; they are standing at the front of it, Making A Difference for the next generation of Flashes!
This year, we are excited to welcome a large number of Franklin Central graduates back home to work throughout our FTCSC Flashes Community!
We recently sat down with four of those graduates, Samantha Williams, Grace Wilson, Lola Reddick, and Dion Smith, to learn more about their journey back to FTCSC, the teachers and staff who Made A Difference in their lives, and how those experiences are now shaping the way they serve their own students.
Each of their stories is different, but they all have something pretty special in common. Someone at FTCSC believed in them, encouraged them, helped them see what they were capable of becoming, and Made A Difference in their lives! Now, they have the opportunity to do the same for the next generation of Flashes!
That is pretty awesome! Read more about Samantha, Grace, Lola, and Dion and what brought them back home to our FTCSC Flashes Community:
