Meng's Tiger Dragon Shaolin Wing Chun of Greenwood

Meng's Tiger Dragon would like to give a huge thanks to Grandmaster Benny Meng for a detailed tour of the knowledge and centuries represented in the Ving Tsun Museum. There were a lot of people interested in the history lesson.

And of course a gathering of Wing Chun Warriors is not complete without some chi sau!

Meng's Tiger Dragon welcomes back its competition team from the Wing Chun Nationals. This year we fielded our largest competition team ever! Seven competitors went to the Nationals to test their mettle against others from across the nation. This includes 1 MTD student who joined only 2 months ago and still stepped into the ring! The hard work payed off in huge ways. Here is what the team brought home:

Shawnna Roll: silver in siu nim tau

Eli Roll: gold in luk dim boon kwon, gold in muk yan jong

Rainah Shotton: bronze in siu nim tau

Tristan Moorehouse: gold in mai san jong, silver in sanda

Logan Marsh: gold in sanda, silver in mai san jong

Yaves Williams: gold in sanda, gold in mai san jong
