HMM tabling today at the IUPUI HIV testing outreach with help from my amazing students Margaret and Reece from my SOCR385 HIV and Society Class! Just yesterday, Pres. Biden, in his World AIDS Day speech mentioned ending HIV criminalization: "There's still a large number of states with HIV criminalization laws that do not reflect an accurate understanding of HIV; That means eliminating laws that perpetuate discrimination, exacerbate disparities, discourage HIV testing, and take us further away from our goal." To get involved with the HIV modernization movement, join our listserv. Link is in the comments.
