Big news from our research team! 🦴
Jonathan Lowery, Ph.D., Marian University's inaugural Assistant Provost for Research and Scholarship, has been appointed to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation's Scientific and Medical Advisory Council.
With 50+ publications and NIH-funded research on fracture healing, bone health, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Dr. Lowery brings deep expertise to a council shaping national initiatives on osteoporosis and fracture prevention.

The Saint Luke Pre-Med Pathways Program offers three scholarship tracks for undergraduate students, each designed to support a streamlined pathway to medical school:
🎓 Direct Admit Osteopathic Scholars —guaranteed admission to Wood College of Osteopathic Medicine (3.75 GPA)
🔬 Master's Scholars — 5-year STEM + Biomedical Science degree with an MCAT exemption (3.75 GPA)
🩺 Health Professions Scholars — guaranteed interview + early decision at Wood College (no GPA minimum)
Every pathway includes financial support toward tuition and an individualized plan built around you.

We celebrated a special commencement ceremony for 15 women pursuing associate and bachelor’s degrees in the Women’s College Partnership. This mission-focused initiative provides access to higher education for incarcerated women in Indiana. Since 2019, nearly 70 women have graduated from our program.
The commencement address was provided by Judge David Certo of the Marion County Superior Court.
