We currently offer four core community leadership programs; Civic Boot Camp, LEAD and Opportunity Indianapolis, and the SKL Series. A big thank you to Nine13 for hosting us for day two of Opportunity Indianapolis!

As part of the two-day program, participants explored some of the issues and opportunities shaping our community. At Nine13, one of the topics we dug into was The Role of Sports, learning how sports can contribute to economic development and community growth and discovering ways Indiana Sports Corp is engaging and creating impact across Central Indiana.

We’re especially grateful to the Nine13 team for giving us a tour of their impressive facilities and sharing more about the many ways they’re serving and strengthening our community. It was a great opportunity to see their work in action—and there’s a lot to discover!

Nine13sports is a nonprofit organization that uses the bicycle as a powerful educational tool. Through hands-on, experience-based learning, they promote physical and mental wellness while introducing students to bicycle history, mechanics, and tools.

But there’s more. Nine13Logistics provides scalable logistics solutions that serve communities and partners across Central Indiana.

A great setting can make a meaningful learning experience even more memorable.

The Cabaret provided a beautiful backdrop for day one of Opportunity Indianapolis, where participants spent the day exploring some of the issues, opportunities, and organizations shaping our community.

It was especially fitting that our conversation on The Arts Landscape took place in a venue that plays an important role in bringing the arts to Indianapolis. The experience extended beyond our meeting space, too. Gallery 924, operated by the Indy Arts Council and located in the same building, offers exhibitions, special programs, and events that connect artists and the community.

Thank you to The Cabaret for hosting us and providing such an inspiring space for learning, conversation, and connection.
