ZaKiya was also accepted to Pinky Cole’s Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP)!

Again, small town but BIG brains! Miss Ma’am is going to be the one everyone knew would make it.

Thanks Pinky for selecting one of my students to participate in your Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP)!

This is major! In a rural area, the opportunities and resources are limited. But my kids are no different than any other ones. They’re intelligent, ambitious, confident, creative, and full of hope! That’s why I encouraged them to apply for the cohorts.

And YEP, we’re excited… 👏🏽💙👏🏽

Hey! I’m just being reflective & grateful! Gems from the :

Gem 1️⃣ Sooo, do you ever wonder what rural looks like? Rural looks just like me…👧🏽🪞

Gem 2️⃣ The synergy of my team is amaZING! The Rural Education and Innovation team…just full circle reciprocity! ♥️⭕️

Gem 3️⃣ I also met the “pumpkin queen,” Sarah Frey! She told a phenomenal story about her humble beginnings from experiencing rural poverty on “the hill” to now operating a billion-dollar farming business! 👩‍🌾📙

📌 Moral of the story: “You sow seeds and hope for the best!” In essence, YOU may only see the seeds when I actually see the tree! 🌱🌳
