Pro tip for folks coming to IDRS2025: if you’re planning on staying at the conference hotel, book your rooms early. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Regency, a super cool hotel in downtown Indy. We might be able to add more rooms if that block fills, but there’s another big conference in town that week so it might be hard to get more rooms.

Accommodations On-Campus Guests can choose to stay on campus in Fairview House, a state-of-the-art residence hall directly across from the concert halls. Note that Fairview house is a suite-style residence hall.  A suite, referred to as a “pod”, houses groups of 6 or 8 residents in primarily double bedrooms. ...
