Congratulations to senior Everett Conley who received this year's Mighty Oak Athlete of the Year award. During his time at Fortune, he has been an active participant in multiple sports and consistently demonstrated leadership, sportsmanship, determination, and grit both on and off the court. We are incredibly proud of him.

Thank you to Fortune Board member Brad Hoop for bringing his certified therapy dog to visit the students today. Gus is a gentle giant, and the students (and staff!) adored him.

Fortune welcomed guest speaker Emily Kircher-Morris on Friday. She hosted sessions with parents and junior high and high school students and delivered professional development to staff. We wrapped up Staff Appreciation Week with a celebration full of flavor and fun!
We served a Fiesta Lunch: delicious food, great company, and a chance to relax together after an amazing week. And that’s not all!
