There is so much power in movement. There is so much freedom in movement. There is so much power within each of us. Thank you Kim Dunham for leading such a powerful workshop. Your light and knowledge are so valued, you are a reminder to all young people that within each of them is calm and peace. The world can be chaotic, but we each have the power to move with calm and intentionality. That is sometimes the greatest lesson, learning to move well in a world that doesn’t always want you to.
If you would like to take yoga classes, or interested in a yoga workshop please reach out to Kim!
