The Raw Barre Indianapolis

Hi Friends! As many of you know, I took a step back from teaching because my pregnancy was making it super challenging. I'm sorry if you've dropped by the page and wondered what the heck happened!

Baby Wilder arrived last Saturday! We're both doing well, and I'm hoping to potentially start teaching again right after the first of the year (just in time for New Year's recommitments)!!

Woof. What a time to be alive, amiright?? Rachel here, from the Raw Barre Indy. Lots of things to update:

First, I apologize if you've come to this page looking for info. I generally utilize the Raw Barre group page when posting.

Second, we lost our studio space in February of this year, and then got hit with the Covid shutdowns that greatly impacted the fitness industry. I started live streaming, but really missed the human interaction. I'm planning to start virtual classes in January, and will be asking for feedback on days and times.

I'd also like to announce that The Raw Barre Indy now offers Reformer Pilates! These are private and duet classes held in my private home studio space. The machines are sanitized after every use, masks are worn, and an air purifier runs during each class.

So if you've ever wanted to take Reformer, or want to exercise in a more private setting, DM me for pricing!

FREE Half hour Zoom class tomorrow at Noon!!

Join Rachel W. tomorrow Thursday, April 2nd, at noon for a LIVE Barre Fitness class on Zoom!
This will be a full body, low impact workout incorporating components of aerobics, ballet, and pilates. You'll need a small set of 1-3lb weights (or equivalently weighted items), and a waist high, stable surface (like a chair).
