We absolutely LOVE welcoming our students to school each morning! 💚 There's nothing better than seeing those smiling faces, waving hello, and starting the day together.

Our mornings are busy, but they're filled with joy, excitement, and lots of happy welcomes! We're so thankful for each of our students and families who make GRCS such special place. 🥰📚✏️

🎉 GRANDPARENTS’ DAY – SCHEDULE CHANGE! 🎉

We have made a small adjustment to our Grandparents’ Day schedule! The entire event will now begin 30 minutes later than originally posted to avoid interfering with morning carline. Thank you for your understanding! 💙

📅 GRANDPARENTS’ DAY SCHEDULE

🍩 8:45–9:15 AM | Welcome & Reception
Grandparents are invited to gather in the gym for donuts and coffee as they arrive and prepare for the upcoming program.

🎶 9:15–10:30 AM | Special Program
Join us in the auditorium as each class performs a special song, Bible verse, poem, or other presentation for our grandparents!

🏫 10:30–11:30 AM | Classroom Visits & Activities
Grandparents will visit their student’s classroom and participate in a special activity together.

🚗 11:30 AM | Optional Early Dismissal
Students may leave early with their grandparent(s).

We are so excited to celebrate our wonderful grandparents! ❤️ We can’t wait to see you!

🚨 CHANGE OF LOCATION FOR AFTERNOON CARLINE! 🚨

Due to the potential for heavy rain this afternoon, afternoon carline will take place under the large canopy.

🚗 Please make sure to make a large loop in the front parking lot to help prevent carline from backing up onto Gray Road.

⏰ Carline will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. and continue until 3:30 p.m.

📢 Morning Carline Update for Tomorrow

Due to the potential for thunderstorms tomorrow, morning carline will take place under the large canopy.

Two lines of cars will fit side by side under the canopy, allowing a total of four vehicles to be covered at one time. Please have your student/s unbuckled and ready to go so we can move through the line as quickly as possible.

Because the canopy is a shorter distance from Gray Road and there is a higher likelihood of the carline backing up onto Gray Road, carline will begin at 7:50 a.m.

Our staff will work diligently to get all students through the line safely, quickly, and efficiently.
