100 days zoomed past us! We had a blast celebrating today!! We got to build/stack with 100 items, licked a sucker 100 times to see if we could get to the middle, colored 100 shoes, and counted out 100 stickers! Loved seeing their excitement and all their 100 shirts/outfits! Only 80ish more days to go!!

We had a great last few weeks! ❤️ I am going to miss these kids so much!! Cannot believe they are first graders!!

What a week!! Only 2 full weeks to go!! We had lots of fun with letters J-N! We had:
J- Joke Day 😂
K- Keep it Day ❤️ Each student had a partner and made something for them to keep.
L- Lights Out Day
M- Movie Day 🐛 We watched A Bug’s Life since we were learning about Insects this week! So many students hadn’t seen it before! They loved it!
N- Name Change Day ✏️ This was a fun day with lots of fun names!

What a fun week!
We got to celebrate letters E-I with:
E- Explore 1st grade (we walked down their hallway and played on their playground)
F- Free Time playing with building toys!!
G- Game Day (rain stopped us from going outside to do this so we switched to Giant Puzzles which they LOVED!)
H- Hat Day (I totally forgot to take a picture of the kids....put snapped a pic of mine! 😜)
I- Ice Cream Day 😍🤤
I cannot believe we a getting closer to the end of the year!!

We had a great week starting off our ABC Countdown! We got to:
A- Make ABC Cards
B- Blow Bubbles
C- Write with Chalk
D- Have a Dance Party
We even got to go to the Zoo today...in our hallway! 😜

We got to learn about how brave Ruby Bridges was and talked about how we can have the same bravery as her! We had a great week celebrating Black History Spirit Week! ❤️

What a week! We filled Mr. Potato Head up and got an ice cream party! We also got to have our Valentine’s Day Party today! What a fun day with these sweet Valentine Cuties! ❤️🥰

Wow! Life took over and it got very busy! 🤪 But, I was able to snap some pictures this week! So happy to have them back in our classroom! We introduced author’s chair this week and LOVED getting to color and draw with markers for our indoor recess! ❤️

Today has been hard. I’m going to miss these kids so much! ❤️😭 We start our virtual learning on Monday until January! We got to spend our afternoon playing together since we can’t for a long time!

We had a great week! We put Mr. Potato Head together (good behavior) and earned extra recess this week! We practiced our sight words by using play dough-they LOVED this! We listened to our new Book Sponsor book read by the book’s illustrator! He even showed us how to draw the bus from the story! ❤️ Can’t believe 26 days have flown by!!
