Renewed Cincinnati Convention Center Opens
Following an 18-month, $264 million transformation, Cincinnati’s downtown convention center reopened in January as a renewed 750,000-square-foot facility and was renamed the First Financial Center in February 2026. The updated venue features a dramatic new glass facade, expanded meeting rooms, wider concourses, more flexible event space, and upgraded technology throughout. The redesign also refreshed the arrival experience, bringing in more natural light and adding outdoor gathering areas that strengthen the connection to the surrounding convention district. With a new headquarters hotel planned in the coming years, Cincinnati is positioning itself as a more competitive option for groups seeking accessibility, affordability, and a fresh convention experience.

The RCMA Webinar Series Presents:
Permission to Be Imperfect: An Honest Conversation About Wellness
June 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST
Register now at: https://www.myrcma.org/webinars
Session Description:
If you have ever sat in a gathering carrying something you did not feel free to name, exhaustion, doubt, grief, or just the quiet weight of holding it together for everyone else, this conversation is for you. (And yes, pretending to nod thoughtfully while mentally drafting your grocery list also counts.)
This is the conversation we keep almost having. The one that lives in the parking lot after the meeting, in the late-night text to a friend, in the silence between "How are you?" and the polite answer we always give.
Together we will laugh more than you might expect for a wellness webinar. We will sit in a few quiet moments. We will talk honestly about presence, listening, humor, and the radical freedom of being good enough. Not as concepts, but as things you can take home with you on a Tuesday.
No performance. No pressure to have it figured out. Bring your coffee, or your other caffeine mechanism of choice, and whatever version of yourself showed up today. Come as you are.
