That group hug meant EVERYTHING! The support they gave is unmatched. One of their classmates had a medical emergency and had to put the class on pause, but she will finish real soon. They supported her by giving her a signed card wishing her a healthy recovery and also bought her some flowers 💐. Another student was not feeling well during the last day of clinicals and they monitored and encouraged her so that she finishes. What more can we say, the SUPPORT IS REAL!

✍🏽 WAIT…IS THIS A NEW FAITH TRADITION?

Apparently, there’s a NEW trend happening on the last day of CNA class…

**SIGNING THE SCRUBS!** 😂👏🏽

After weeks of learning together, practicing skills, surviving those quizzes 😩😂, encouraging each other, laughing together, and making memories, our Future CNAs are leaving their mark—LITERALLY!

On the last day, classmates are signing each other’s scrubs with their names, messages, inside jokes and words of encouragement. 🥹💙

Because one day, they’ll look back at those signatures and remember…

And we LOVE that they found their own way to celebrate the journey.

So Future CNAs…keep those signed scrubs!

Years from now, when some of you are CNAs, QMAs, LPNs, RNs, NPs, healthcare leaders—or wherever life takes you—you might pull them out and remember exactly where part of your healthcare journey began.

Looks like Scrub Signing Day might officially be a thing now! 👀✍🏽

🏁READY…SET…KNOW YOUR STEPS!*🏁

Who said learning CNA skills had to be boring?! 😂

We divided our Future CNAs into 3 groups and turned learning into a little friendly competition with our Initial & Final Steps Race!💨

The challenge? Each team had to put their knowledge to the test and quickly identify the correct Initial and Final steps of their CNA skills.

And listen…THE COMPETITION WAS REAL! 😂👏🏽

🏃🏽‍♀️ They raced.
🧠 They thought.
🤝🏽 They worked together.
📣 They cheered.
😂 And yes…there was definitely some friendly trash talk!

But underneath all the fun was some SERIOUS learning. 💯

Knowing what to do BEFORE you begin a skill and what to do BEFORE you walk away from your resident matters.

At Faith Healthcare Training Center, we believe when students are moving, thinking, laughing and learning together, the lesson sticks differently! 🔥

✨ THE VISION IS BIGGER THAN THE CNA ✨

They created **VISION BOARDS** filled with goals, dreams, careers, families, finances, travel, education, peace, purpose…and the LIFE they are working toward. 💙

Because at Faith Healthcare Training Center, we don’t just want our students asking:

“How do I become a CNA?”

We want them asking:

“What can becoming a CNA be the beginning of?”

For some, CNA may be the first step toward nursing. For others, it may open the door to financial stability, homeownership, entrepreneurship, continued education, or opportunities they haven’t even imagined yet.

And looking at these vision boards, one thing is CLEAR…

THESE FUTURE CNAs HAVE PLANS!

We teach the skills.
We prepare them for healthcare.
But we also want them to
**SEE THEMSELVES GOING FURTHER.**

Today it’s on the vision board.
