We are very happy to announce our new location is finally open for buisness. We will keep our hours of operation the same. We are accepting new enrollment, after a couple weeks, but some ages may be longer. We are getting our old families back, new staffing settled and everyone used to our new home and bringing in new families as we have space. We are very excited for this new adventure at the "castle" daycare, as several of our kiddos have decided to call it.

A chapter in our journey has ended. Due to being refused the signing of a new lease, we have moved to a new location. We currently are getting everything unpacked and set up to be able to open again. We miss our daycare family and are anxiously waiting for the green light to bring everyone into our new "home".

So very thankful and excited that we were able to partner with Edgewood United Methodist Church to have someplace to be "home" and be able to begin a new chapter of our journey.

Some of our day today. We have friends playing in the greatroom, coloring, and having snack. We are working hard to get thing ready for our yearly Paths to Quality visit.

We are very proud and excited to announce we have been awarded a grant from the Come Back Stronger Fund. More details on the grant will be added in the near future, along with our anticipated plans for the funds.

We are open and continuing to care for our kids. We are blessed enough to be able to give care to essential workers families. We will continue to adjust to new regulations and policies to be able to keep us, and our kids safe and healthy.

If you search for us on the child care finder site you will see general information, if you are looking around for care. While you are there you will also see that there was a citation recently given to us. The incident in question, on 3/3/2020 was literally a scrape on a child's forehead. We recieved a visit from DCS on 3/4 to look into a "gash" that had not been taken care of. The agent was surprised when seeing the said "gash" was a scrape. They closed the case and found no fault in us. Then on 3/16 state reps came in to follow up on the complaint. This was when they cited us for not turing in a serious injury to the division. Despite receiving pictures of the injury in question (with guardian permission), they still stood by the citation. The child's guardians are appaled that we have a safety violation from this scrape. We want to be open to the information, so our pare nts, and prospective parents feel assured that we do our best to care for their children and keep them safe and learning.

We will be connecting through posts and pictures more often, to try to keep in touch with our daycare families. Including those who need to stay home, to stay safe. We will be getting a permission form together to give to parents, or email if not attending; so we can begin to do this.

We are looking to hire a part time cook and several teaching positions. They must 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED. They must also be loving and caring to our wonderful children.

We are excited to announce that on December 22nd, we will be having our Polar Express Holiday Program. The program will begin at 5 p.m. We hope to see all of our students' family and friends in attendance!

January News

Looking to hire a full time toddler teacher, Infant teacher and a couple of float teachers. Requirements are love, patience and a high school diploma or equivalent. We will teach and provide you with the rest. The hours will range from as early 7:30 am to 11:30 am . We are scheduled for forty hours a week and have an hour break. Our children are an amazing group of children with a very kind ,unique, wonderful group of staff to work with.
