Bethany Early Learning Ministry Bethany Early Learning Ministry is an outreach ministry of Bethany Lutheran Church. We have been caring for children ages 6 weeks to Pre-K since 1997.

We operate as a Registered Ministry Daycare authorized by the State of Indiana. We have been a Level 3 Paths to Quality provider since July 2014. Our goal is to provide quality care for children in a loving Christian atmosphere. We strive to prepare each child with a strong educational foundation for a lifetime of learning.

We received great news yesterday, as Gov. Mike Braun announced that a $200 million investment to expand affordable childcare across the state!! The State Budget committee will review the Governor’s decision at a meeting tomorrow. If all goes well and we expect it should. the money will pay for 14,000 new vouchers. The rollout of the $200 million investment will prioritize several groups for enrollment. These groups will include siblings of current voucher holders, infants, toddlers and children 3-5. The state has also created exemptions for foster and kinship families, children with special needs and children of Early Childhood Educators. We do expect this to be approved. Parents will begin receiving information regarding vouchers in May. We will continue to keep you posted.
