Bethany Early Learning Ministry

We received great news yesterday, as Gov. Mike Braun announced that a $200 million investment to expand affordable childcare across the state!! The State Budget committee will review the Governor’s decision at a meeting tomorrow. If all goes well and we expect it should. the money will pay for 14,000 new vouchers. The rollout of the $200 million investment will prioritize several groups for enrollment. These groups will include siblings of current voucher holders, infants, toddlers and children 3-5. The state has also created exemptions for foster and kinship families, children with special needs and children of Early Childhood Educators. We do expect this to be approved. Parents will begin receiving information regarding vouchers in May. We will continue to keep you posted.

We are currently enrolling children of all ages! Our goal is to offer children the very best early childhood experience. Serving children and families while sharing in God’s love is a commitment Bethany has taken very seriously throughout our years of experience.
We are proud to be including more nature based activities to our classrooms and outdoor area. Our goal is to show children God’s creation and love, day in and day out. Bringing children closer to nature benefits children for a lifetime! Nature based learning helps in developing confidence, independence as well as problem solving skills. Nature based play encourages creativity and helps in the development of social emotional skills. Nature based play also instills a sense of responsibility for their environment, showing children they do have the power to make a change in their own little space in the world!
We will get messy during daily activities and we encourage children to wear clothes that can get wet and dirty!!!
