CDI Families: Help Build a Habitat for Humanity Home! 🔨🏠
On Saturday, September 26, we’ll gather in the Meridian Street parking lot to help build the walls of a Habitat for Humanity home! Volunteers will work together to assemble wall panels that will become part of a local family’s new home.
Childcare will be available during the morning shift, making this a great opportunity for CDI parents to lend a hand while little ones are cared for nearby. Pre-registration for the volunteer slots and especially the childcare is required, so that we can have enough materials and staff on site.
No construction experience necessary—Habitat provides the tools, materials, safety equipment, and guidance.
