Hello HCC Members!
We will be having our November meeting next Tuesday, the 27th at 6:00 p.m. in Taylor Hall UC104. This meeting will feature a discussion and panel of a current Physician’s Assistant (PA) student and a currently practicing PA. This will be a great opportunity to ask questions about the field and IUPUI’s PA program.
Even if you aren’t on the career path to become a PA, this is still a wonderful opportunity to engage with a medical professional and learn about a growing occupation in the medical field.

Hello HCC members!
If you’re looking for a last-minute volunteer opportunity April 4th marks the 50th commemoration of Robert Kennedy’s historic speech in Dr. King Park on the night of Martin Luther King’s assassination. The speech is known as one of the great speeches in American History, as well as in important part of our city's history.
Volunteers are needed for April 3rd and April 4th:
Additional volunteering details for the Kennedy King Memorial Initiative 50th commemoration events on April 4th at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park:
• Still We Reach: Community Reflection & Conversation (10:30-noon)
• Still We Reach: KKMI 50th Commemoration Ceremony (5:00-6:30)
• Followed by a community reception
Shift 1: April 3rd 2-8pm
Shift 2: April 4th 8am-2pm
Shift 3: April 4th 3-9pm
It’s possible that the tasks may be completed before the designated end time, in which case you can leave early, but we ask that you plan to stay for the whole shift. Food will be provided!
