Marian University Alumni Association You are . The Marian University Alumni Association is your lifetime connection to Marian news, events, and fellow alumni!

All those who receive a baccalaureate, associate, or honorary degree shall be members of the association. The association is also open to anyone who has completed at least twelve credit hours at Marian and is in good standing with the university. The Central Indiana Chapter works closely with the MUAA National Board to help plan events, update out-of-state Alumni about campus events, and acts as an ambassador for new students.

Meet Joe ’23 and Sarah (Wittenbaum) ’24 Barrett who met at Marian and just got married in June right on Marian’s campus.

“We met at Alumni Hall in 2019, our freshman year. Sarah played tennis and I ran xc/track. We absolutely loved our time at Marian and spent so much of our time at the different Catholic ministry events in the chapel, hence why we got married in Marian’s Bishop Chartrand Memorial Chapel.

Right after our ceremony, we drove around campus for the first time as husband and wife. We wanted to take in the campus and revisit the memories we made there, experiencing it all together for the first time as husband and wife.”

Thank you for sharing your story, Joe and Sarah, and congratulations on your marriage! We are so glad that Marian brought you two together 💙
