Our role in leadership training is to challenge our students on what they think they know. To expose some areas of ministry they might have not considered. Our desire is to see them to going back into the scriptures and rethink how they have been leading. Our mission is to develop Christian leaders for significant service through higher learning.

As we are preparing for the next session to begin here on campus, a student may arrive with one suitcase. But they carry with them their church, family, people they are discipling. Questions they have been wrestling with and responsibilities waiting for them.That's why leadership training matters.We are not simply preparing someone for the next class. We are equipping them with biblical and practical tools they can use in serving and loving others well.

Sometimes servant leadership looks less like standing in front of a room and more like standing together around a sink. Drying dishes. Catching up about our day. Listening to someone's story and laughing together.These simple moments remind us that leadership is also about serving one another well. Here at TCM, we are not just learning and training together. We are doing life together. And in these ordinary moments, God gives us opportunities to encourage, serve, and build each other up.
