Most people see a graduation certificate. We see the late nights, the ministry responsibilities, the family sacrifices, and the commitment to keep learning while serving others. Every graduate has a story, and every story points to God's faithfulness. Join us in celebrating the leaders who answered God's call and persevered to the end.

There is something special about seeing TCM Alumni return and visit our campus. It becomes a time of renewal, encouragement, and reconnecting with the Lord alongside fellow leaders and friends. As they step away from the demands of ministry for a moment, they are refreshed through prayer, worship, community, and time in scripture. When they return home, they are energized to continue making disciples in the places God has called them.

Serving together is a beautiful reminder that every role matters. Whether teaching, volunteering, encouraging, praying, or supporting behind the scenes, each person plays an important part in helping equip leaders for ministry. Together, we are stronger, united in one mission, and serving for God’s glory.

We encourage our students, volunteers, and staff to walk closely with the Lord each day. Through prayer, time in God’s Word, and Christ-centered community, we desire to grow deeper in His presence and be strengthened for the work He has called us to do.

We are reminded of God's goodness as we see students diving deep into scripture, professors pouring wisdom into future leaders, and volunteers serving with joy. Across campus, meaningful conversations are taking place as students discuss what they are learning, and discover new ways to encourage new believers and minister to those walking through difficult situations.TCM is more than a place of learning, it is a community where people are safe to grow, serve, and delight in the Lord together.

We deeply believe in the power of prayer. Through prayer, we have seen God provide, protect, encourage leaders, and open doors for disciple-making movements around the world. Prayer is not just part of what we do, it is the foundation of everything we do at TCM.We have witnessed God move in incredible ways through the faithful prayers of supporters, churches, students, staff, volunteers, partners, and donors.
Will you join us in praying for TCM? Pray for our students as they are equipped for ministry, for our staff and volunteers as they serve, and for our partners and donors who help make this mission possible. Together, we are trusting God to continue raising up leaders who will make disciples among the nations.

One of the most special parts of TCM is seeing volunteers, students, professors and staff come together to grow deeper in Christ. Through serving, learning, praying, and encouraging one another, we are empowered to be disciple makers everywhere we go.
