It comprises 12 units that cover standard entry-level driver training, safety, and compliance information. The Class A and Class B Theory courses are ELDT-compliant training courses that can be taken online to help drivers bypass up to one week of in-person training. Covering basic operation, non-driving activities, advanced operating practices, safe operating procedures, and vehicle systems & reporting malfunctions, the Theory courses are FMCSA approved and intended to meet all theory (knowledge) training requirements listed in the federal regulation 49 CFR part 380, Special Training Requirements for Class A or Class B CDL training.
