A community sing leader shares her Black History Month playlist Stacie Colston Patterson, the chair of Butler University’s Black Alumni Association, also invites you to sing with her Feb 1.

Want to help our neighbors get out and vote and be heard? Some neighbors are organizing a postcard-writing campaign to encourage non-voters to vote in the upcoming general election. You are welcome to join in—just show up at MLK Center this Sunday (9/29) from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They will have all the needed supplies and instructions for you to help out!

And if you’d like a FREE yard sign to help remind people to vote, please stop by the Center. They are first come, first served while they last. The signs specifically say Butler-Tarkington and Crown Hill. But they're available to everyone.
