Today we had the privilege of meeting with the incredible students participating in our HBCU Southern Tour! Seeing the next generation of students embrace the legacy and power of Historically Black Colleges and Universities is exactly why we do this work. Today’s Final Friday Entrepreneur Spotlight shines on Jordan Coleman, Founder and CEO of A Seat At The Table Inc.
Jordan is an Indianapolis entrepreneur and community advocate dedicated to creating opportunities for women of color to lead, thrive, and make an impact.
Selected for Cohort 4 of the prestigious Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program, Jordan has demonstrated a commitment to strengthening her leadership, expanding her impact, and building sustainable pathways for growth and opportunity within the communities she serves.
As Founder and CEO of A Seat at the Table, Jordan established the organization to help women of color overcome barriers that have historically limited access to leadership roles in corporations, government, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. Through mentorship, professional development, networking, advocacy, and community engagement, A Seat at the Table works to ensure that women not only have a voice, but a seat at the table where decisions are made.
Under Jordan’s leadership, the organization has expanded its impact through initiatives focused on leadership development, women’s empowerment, mental health awareness, period poverty advocacy, and creating safe spaces for women and girls throughout Central Indiana.
Jordan’s work continues to empower women, foster collaboration, and create pathways for future leaders. Through her vision and dedication, she is helping to shape a stronger, more inclusive community where women are equipped to lead and thrive.
We celebrate Jordan’s leadership, innovation, and impact, and thank her for the work she continues to do to uplift women and strengthen our community.

🏁 Engines roared, memories were made, and Chi Chi Omega was in the house!
Sisters gathered with family and friends to experience the excitement and tradition of the Indianapolis 500. From the pre-race festivities to the final lap, it was a day filled with fellowship, laughter, and all the thrills of The Greatest Spectacle in Racing - and this year’s race certainly did not disappoint.
Moments like these remind us that sisterhood extends beyond chapter meetings and service projects - it thrives in the memories we create together and the experiences we share.

✨ Rooted & Rising ✨
What an incredible evening celebrating 21 years of sisterhood, service, and legacy.
As we gathered to honor this milestone, we reflected on the vision of our charter members, the dedication of the women who helped build this chapter, and the countless memories that have shaped Chi Chi Omega over the past two decades.
Our hearts are filled with gratitude for every sister who contributed to this celebration and for those who have carried our chapter forward through their leadership, commitment, and love for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. Because of you, our legacy continues to grow.
Rooted in the foundation laid by those who came before us and rising through the efforts of those who continue the work today, we proudly celebrated our past while embracing all that lies ahead.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in commemorating this special occasion.
🩷💚 Happy 21st Anniversary, Chi Chi Omega!
