These young champs are planning to compete in the upcoming amateur boxing shows presented by La Jefa Promotions. Our SRG Boxing team will have some strong representatives in the ring.

You won’t want to miss these matches!! 🥊

If you're ready to start training for competition matches, then it's time to get rolling. Turn up your training. If you're new to the sport, our coach Suzana started her boxing training in college and after 3 months she stepped into her first match in the amateur ring at the state Golden Gloves Boxing show against a taller and more experienced boxer. She won undeniably.

The show in November is 3 months away, so even if you're new to the sport, if you're determined, consistent to compete and willing to show up then its time to be in the gym with us!

Monday: 6-7 Teen Boxing class ages 10-15
Monday: 7-8pm Boxing Basics ages 15+
Tuesday 6-7pm Boxing HIIT
Wednesday 6-7pm Teen Boxing class
Thursday 6-7pm Kickboxing
Saturday 9am Boxing Bootcamp class
Sunday 10am Challenge class
*Assessment needed prior to Tuesday and Saturday classes

In the gym Coach Suzana has a sign that says ‘Don’t be a Lady, Be A Legend’ but the truth is, We can be Both!

Boxing is an individual sport but it takes so much more than yourself to grow and develop. In that journey, it’s a blessing to meet people along the way who have that same drive and passion to grow, develop and push the limits like you.
Hannah Rapp was more than a boxer. She had qualities any coach would like to see in an athlete. She and Suzana developed a friendship through the years, supporting each other in the professional field and Indiana lost a great representative in the sport of boxing. But legends never die; their energy continues to motivate and encourage us to push harder, elevate our efforts and never stop believing in our own greatness!
As we celebrate her life today and lay her to rest, never forget that anything in life is possible and you’re never too old to try new things! Life is what you make of it so make it a GREAT ONE 👊🥊💪❤️

What a weekend!
Coach Suzana won her fight, closing out the TBL season with a bang! 👊🥊

Today our 10am Challenge class layout was all that was needed so the 3pm round is canceled.
Consider getting out to the Indiana Black Expo to watch some local amateur boxing matches

SRG Boxing gym is family. So many families have trained with us, including their kids. We've always encouraged clients to involve their kids in fitness not set them aside.
Today we celebrate the birthday of one of our gym babies, Lennox turns 16 🎉🥳🥊💪
He has been training literally all his life and we hope you do too. Health is wealth.

Remember if its your birthday, celebrate it with movement and don't forget those birthday burpees.
