🚨 Reminder, Bulldogs! Your August billing statement is due today! 🚨

Your billing statement is due today, September 1. Take a moment to log in to your account and make sure your balance is paid or that you have a plan in place.

💳 Need a little more flexibility? Today is also the LAST DAY to enroll in the 3-month Monthly Payment Plan! A $25 non-refundable participation fee and your first payment are due at the time of enrollment.

Don’t wait until the last minute! Check your account, make your payment, or enroll in the payment plan today. 🐾

💰 Getting a refund? Here’s what you need to know!

If you have a credit balance on your Butler student account, you may be eligible for a refund. Before requesting one, make sure your account is cleared and the credit balance is available when we review your request.

Want your refund faster? Enroll in Direct Deposit through my.butler.edu to have eligible refunds deposited directly into your bank account. It’s convenient, secure, and saves you the wait for a mailed check.

📅 Fall 2026 reminder: The initial refund request deadline is September 1, with refunds scheduled to be released on September 10. After the initial deadline, refund requests are generally processed weekly while classes are in session—submit by Tuesday evening for Friday processing, as long as your account is eligible.

💰 Want your financial aid to cover more of your student account charges?

The Student Granted Permission task in Navigate 360 may look like a hold, but don’t worry—it will not prevent you from registering for classes, receiving your transcript or grades, or getting your diploma. It’s actually a positive indicator that lets you give permission for your federal funds to be applied to eligible miscellaneous charges.

By granting permission, your federal Title IV funds can help cover charges such as bookstore purchases, parking decals, and health services that may be posted to your student account.

How to grant permission:
-Log in to my.butler.edu
-Select PS Campus Solutions
-Select Student Center
-Select View Student Permission
-Select Grant Permissions
-Read the agreement and click Next
-Select Yes, I have read the agreement
-Click Submit ✅

Once granted, your permission remains valid for future years unless you choose to revoke it.

📌Take a few minutes to complete the permission and make the most of your eligible financial aid.
