After discovering the LIFT Academy® program during a visit to the Republic Airways Training Center, Benjamin Kaiser found more than just a flight training program. He found a clear path forward.

Now working as a Certificated Flight Instructor, Benjamin is building flight hours while helping support the next generation of pilots through the same program that helped shape his own journey.

The SOC team recently visited the LIFT Academy® program at TUSKEGEE UNIVERSITY.

While much of their work happens behind the scenes, the Systems Operation Control team plays an important role in supporting daily operations across LIFT campuses and helping keep everything running smoothly.

It was great to connect in person, spend time on campus and continue building relationships that support our students and associates every day.
