Ever Rise Enrichment Programs began in 2004 as a simple pact amongst a group of college friends at IUPUI. They promised each other to find something encouraging in every challenge they faced. Once they found value i

n their adversity they promised to use that experience to help others, especially the youth. Akira German, the founder of Ever Rise LLC, took this pact very seriously and accepted it as a personal challenge. She decided to create a formal program that will help children and teens cope with adversity. She emphasized the power of personal choices and introduced a concept called Designing Yourself. Designing Yourself means transforming yourself into the person you want to be by making the best choices. Where's Ever Rise LLC Now? Ever Rise provides a plethora of children services, programs, and workshops covering many diverse subjects such as teen/adolescent social issues, positive self-image, occupational goals, health & safety, entrepreneurship, and much more. We are always looking for new opportunities to get our programs into the community. We are still thriving through the help of neighbors and the support of local organizations. We are confident that Ever Rise Enrichment Programs will continue to grow. We still employ the original concept of turning adversity into opportunities by “designing yourself”. And as always, we are always actively demonstrating that you must “be the change, to see the change”.

I’m excited to share that our wonderful teacher Ms. Erykah is now offering evening and weekend babysitting services for families who may need a little extra support outside of childcare hours.

Many of you already know Ms. Erykah and the care, patience, and positive energy she brings to the classroom every day. She has a natural way with children and consistently creates a calm, fun, and engaging environment for them. Because of that, I’m happy to support her as she expands her services to help families who need reliable care during evenings or weekends.
