Soror Curry recently presented her research at the Midwestern Psychological Association Conference in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, she received the Stuart Research Fellowship Award and the Edgar Lee Yeager Memorial Award from the Psychology Department for her outstanding performance in psychology. Through her passion for learning and commitment to impactful research, Soror Curry continues to represent the values of leadership, service, and excellence both on Butler’s campus and in professional spaces.

We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and cannot wait to see all she achieves during her senior year!

This recognition honors her dedication to the Diversity Centers Dawg Days pre-orientation program, commitment to mentoring first year students, and passion for creating a welcoming and supportive campus community beyond orientation week. She will be returning to the program early this fall for the third year in a row, this time as a Senior Student Coordinator.💙🐩

Today, we stood in solidarity with survivors and raised awareness by wearing denim to challenge harmful myths and victim-blaming. Denim Day, held on the last Wednesday of April, reminds us that clothing is never consent and that every survivor deserves to be heard, supported, and believed.

This past Sunday, the Almighty Alpha Chapter joined Butler Fraternity and Sorority Life for the Emerging Leaders Retreat. Surrounded by 50+ new leaders across Panhellenic, IFC, NPHC, and MCGC, we engaged in meaningful conversations, leadership development, and community building. We are grateful for spaces that pour into the next generation of leaders and excited to continue growing and leading with purpose 💙💛!
