FHC facilities will be maintained to the highest standards.Our dedicated staff members proactively and effectively utilize best practices for managing our homes. In 2007, Grand Council approved the formation of the Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) a separate corporation, to hold title to or to rent real and/or personal property to be used for housing and/or meeting purposes for chapters.
