Meet Pam - one of the many reasons our participants arrive with a smile 😊
At SarahCare Indy, transportation is more than just a ride. It’s a lifeline that helps participants stay connected, engaged, and thriving while providing caregivers with one less thing to worry about.
Each day, Pam safely transports participants to and from our Adult Day Health Center, greeting them with kindness, patience, and a friendly smile. Her dedication helps make our program accessible to families who are balancing work, appointments, caregiving responsibilities, and all the other demands of daily life.
Today, we celebrate Pam and all of our drivers for the important role they play in helping our participants arrive safely, feel welcomed, and stay connected to their community.

As we age, one of the most powerful things we can do for our health is keep moving. Movement isn’t just about physical fitness—it’s about maintaining energy, independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
Exercise is one of the best things we can do for our brains. Regular movement supports memory, improves mood, reduces stress, and helps keep our minds sharp.
Prioritize movement. Energy follows action. Your body and brain will thank you for it.
