So thankful for the opportunity to train with Professor Scott Burr. He has the amazing ability to meet me where I'm at and help me find the next level. As a black belt I'm not looking for new techniques but rather a deeper understanding of the core concepts of Jiu-Jitsu. My time with him was well spent and I'll be thinking about our session for some time. What an awesome opportunity. If you ever get the chance don't sleep on it.

Our Little Champ Micah just earned his second stripe on his white belt, and we are SO proud of him! 🎉

Micah brings a ton of energy to class, is always a great partner, and almost always has that big smile on his face. 😊 He works hard, has fun, and is just an absolute joy to have on the mats. We love this kiddo to pieces and couldn't be happier to watch him keep learning and growing!

💗 Congratulations to Genevieve on earning her Pink Belt! 💗

Some promotions are special... and then there are promotions like this one.

Genevieve has been with us from the very beginning of our Women Empowered program. She believed in it, invested in it, and helped build the incredible community it has become. Week after week, she has shown up with humility, determination, kindness, and an unwavering desire to learn.

But what makes Genevieve truly exceptional isn't just her technique.

She celebrates every teammate's success. She shares her knowledge freely. She encourages new students, lifts others up, and helps create the welcoming, supportive environment that makes our gym feel like home. She has never been someone who keeps knowledge to herself—she genuinely wants everyone around her to succeed.
