Congratulations to our Drama Club members who completed their spring show: Peter Pan in 30 Minutes! Students performed for their families and for students at Apogee and Hasten. We are so proud of them for all their accomplishments this year!

Apogee's VEX Robotics Camp is back! Registration is now open.

Get ready to build, compete and think like an engineer at Apogee School’s VEX Robotics Summer Camp. This high-energy, hands-on experience gives students a head start on the upcoming competitive season as they dive into the new VEX game, design and program robots, and tackle real-world challenges. From unraveling the mysteries of black holes and rocket propulsion to designing lunar habitats and exploring the search for extraterrestrial life, each day immerses students in a new frontier of science. This isn’t just learning—it’s an experience that challenges curious minds, sparks imagination, and builds real-world problem-solving skills. Whether your child dreams of becoming an astronaut, engineer, or scientist, Space Camp is where that journey begins.

Two of our Apogee students made it to the regionals of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Our students placed 10th and 4th overall.

Several Apogee teachers and friends enjoyed a trivia night supporting Brooke's Place, a local nonprofit supporting children experiencing grief.

Our team, the Auspicious Axolotls, placed 3rd overall in a very close competition.

Staff Spotlight! We're giving a warm welcome to our new 3-4 Grade TA, Lesley Bright. Ms. Lesley spent 10 years in Avon teaching science before coming to us at Apogee. She has earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology Education and a Master's in Instruction and Curriculum with a focus in Gifted Ed. She has also coached Science Olympiad. We're excited to have her as the newest addition to Mr. Grant's class!

Somewhere over the rainbow, Drama Club just finished their first performance in our new auditorium! Thank you to our drama club coaches and all our students’ families for making it happen!

If your child was in grades K-6 this past year, one of these fabulous art pieces may belong to them! If your child wants their project, comment here or email Dr. Green at [email protected]. All ceramics that have not been claimed will be disposed of next Friday.

Our camp on June 16-20 is filled, but we opened up a second week (June 23-27, 9:30-3:00 each day). If you have a 5th - 12th grade student who is interested, make sure to register soon as there are only 6 spots left!
