Color Me Bright Childcare and Preschool

Today we are learning an important kindergarten skill of using scissors.

A week of lunches. Families do not ask about what the children eat for lunch although it is posted on the Daily Connect app. Here is what they ate this week.

Happy 1st Birthday to our smiley baby, Mr. Hudson! His official birthday was last Friday, but we celebrated it today! 🥳🙌🎉🎊 He was so entranced with the birthday banner, he could barely sit still! 😄💝 He still has so much celebrating to do with his fellow Bright Lights! 7/17/26 - Congratulations to Mr. Lucas James, Tayvion Kingston, and Isabella Marie for being on their BEST BEHAVIOR ALL DAY and making All-Stars! 🥳🙌🎉🎊❤️ All 3 of them had great days and were elated to choose stickers for their index cards, in addition to picking out candies of their choice! 🍫🍭🍬 Some of their favorite parts of the day were doing a Dot Art Painting Activity of an Ice Cream Cone with Miss Cindy 🖌🎨 (before pasting on stickers of Ice Cream Cones! 🍦🍨) and building with their favorite Lego Blocks. 🔺️🟡🟩 It has been nothing short of a fun-filled day of play! Way to go, Bright Lights! We're so proud of all of you! 😃💝

7/17/26 - Congratulations are in order for Mr. Lucas James! 😃🙌❤️ He worked SO HARD all day today and was on his BEST BEHAVIOR and made All-Stars! He was SO EXCITED to be able to choose the stickers for his index card and to pick out a Hershey Kiss! He was just as overjoyed to be like the older Bright Lights, Isabella and Tayvion (both 4)! We are SO VERY PROUD of him and are screaming from the rooftops! We also can't believe that in 6 weeks, he will be 4 years old! Way to go, Lucas! 🥳🎉🎊

MUffin Tin Mondays! Chicken and waffles, frozen peas, and banana.

Christine started her morning building with the Lego Blocks, before Miss Cindy surprised her and fellow Bright Lights with Firework Dot Art! 🎇🎨🎆 Following Dot Art Fun, she played 2 games of "Hi Ho Cherry-O" with Isabella and Tayvion (both 4). 🍒 After playing games, Christine shared her Unicorn Cupcakes with her fellow Bright Lights 🦄🧁, in addition to having numerous Dance Parties (where she did tons of somersaults, tricks, spins, twirls, and rolls! 💃🤸‍♀️) and played a series of games on Miss Taylor's tablet, centered around her ABCs, Shapes, and Coloring! 🖍🔠🟩🔺️🟡 All of the Dance Parties this morning were centered around Dinosaurs and Monsters! She also got to listen to a Dinosaur story! It has been an exciting, jam-packed day, filled with endless smiles and laughter, with so much more to go! Happy 3rd Birthday, Christine! We love you and have enjoyed celebrating with you today! 😃❤️

IT'S OFFICIAL! Color Me Bright would like to wish a Happy 3rd Birthday to Miss Christine Marie! (Her actual birthday was yesterday, but she got to celebrate it with her Bright Light Buddies today! 😄💝) She has had a very eventful day filled with endless play with friends!
