How do you set the tone for your week?

I organized my office yesterday and for the first time in a long time I made a schedule for what to work on for today! 📝 I feel like I slept better than ever knowing I had time allotted to work on all of the many plates that I spin.

Setting the tone for your week will help you to be more intentional with your time and to help you start the week off focused!

-Close your laptop if you work from home
-Mute email notifications starting Friday evening through Monday at morning
-If you must work weekends, set a time limit on how long
-Traveling? Set an out-of-office email so you can let people know you will get back to them when your return.
