I just realized I haven’t introduced myself in a while, so here’s a little about the gal behind The Art Café and Line+Form Art Center. 🎨
Hi! I’m Fran. The proud owner of Line+Form and the Art Cafe located inside the new Contemporary Art Museum of Indianapolis -CAMi, or as the cool kids call it, CAMi. I’ll be celebrating TEN years of Line+Form this fall, which is just wild to say!💗
I’m currently a grad student at Butler University studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mental health care is a HUGE passion of mine, so if you ever want to geek out over it, don’t hesitate to bring it up. I love to learn! 📖
My own art practice has been put on hold as of late- while I juggle grad school, the biz, as well as a teen and new baby 😅 but just know that it’s a huge part of my own wellness practice! I love exploring new mediums, but my go-tos are oil paint, spray paint, and natural materials. 🌸
At Line+Form I’m the lead teacher for all of our children’s programming, art camps, family workshops, and occasionally some of our adult programming. You can catch me in the Art Cafe on Thursdays and Fridays!🎨
