Our hiring process for Lead Teachers at Elevensteps daycare includes:

1. Application: Submit a resume, cover letter, and certifications.
2. Initial Interview: Discuss experience, qualifications, and teaching philosophy.
3. Teaching Demonstration: Conduct a teaching demo in person or virtually.
4. Background Check: Undergo criminal history and reference checks.
5. Offer and Onboarding: Receive a formal job offer and complete necessary paperwork.

We are excited to announce that our daycare center is currently hiring a Lead Teacher to join our team!

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, and helping them learn and grow through educational activities and play.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be 21 years of age or older
Pass a background check
Pass a drug test
Pass CPR and other required trainings
Pass an ILEAD check
The ideal candidate should have experience working with young children and be passionate about creating a positive learning environment. The ability to work Monday to Friday is also required.
