just to help you understand if you’re paying attention. NFTs are no joke. floor price at mint was $69. i minted and purchased a bunch under $60. floor price is now $170. With cretinsmunks NFTs, they give royalties on secondary sales. So I’ve made 10-$50 a week. Plus they just dropped a token. I own 200 million of their tokens. Which was an Airdrop for holding munks. That token worth around .00002 cents. Which isn’t much unless you own 200mil lol! But I haven’t sold anything cause I’m a degen and we hold to zero or 100x hoping to get listed on crypto dot com. Crypto can solve this problem. you create a tokenized property management system. want a pool? No problem buy the NFT from our collection it has smart contracts attached. The Smart contract orders zoning, contacts power, gas and, telecom for line marking and organizes all the required services at purchase.
Your HOA fee is now a cryptocurrency purchase from the community token. that token can be traded on any exchange. You’re required to purchase as part of the HOA agreement but only 50% of your earned yield is collected for fees. you keep your original purchase staked in the protocol. home owners in the HOA can take loans against their staked tokens at 50% of the total value. Which they pay back with interest to the pooled tokens. Now your HOA has zero loss fees, is free to “bank” in and your community has sustainable/growing property value.

I would love to collaborate with some artists and tech nerds on a NFT project. the project would be a nonprofit that raises money for other local nonprofits. humane societies, veterans groups, natural disaster relief so on. NFT holders would potentially vote on where resources are delivered and distributed. I’d need to do more research and talk with an advisor for starting a nonprofit like this. If anyone has any suggestions on someone I can talk to about nonprofits please let me know. In the meantime hit me up if you’re interested in being a contributor (artist or nerd).
