At Indy Mobile Soccer Training, we have taught proper shooting mechanics to dozens of young players, while also helping more experienced players to improve their power and consistency! In this video, Coach Austin shows off his foot skills, while our athlete AJ shows off his high-pressure defense! You can see AJ steal the ball at the end of the video as he demonstrates great physical use of his body as a defender! Teaching fantastic defending technique is an IMST specialty!

In this session, we were working on dribbling with one of the youngsters named Austin that we train! Kids love these type of dribbling games where they can race the coach to the end of the “race track” and score on the goal! This game helps them work on their speed dribbling while being under a little bit of pressure, which translates well to real soccer!

One of our athletes (Bella) has an upcoming penalty shootout this weekend, so we decided to have a penalty kick competition during her training session. If you notice the lacrosse goals near each post, they were utilized to make the goal a bit smaller to match the size of the goal that Bella will shoot penalties on. We make sure to go above and beyond like this during every session to make sure your athlete receives exceptional training tailored toward what they can expect in games. Bella hit some great practice penalties and good luck to her in the real shootout!
