“I’m excited to officially say I’ve reached 1,500 flight hours!

What started with a dream of becoming a professional pilot has turned into thousands of takeoffs, landings, lessons, challenges, and countless hours of learning. Being a CFI has taught me far more than how to fly an airplane. It has taught me leadership, communication, decision-making, the importance of always being willing to learn, and so much more than I could ever imagine.

Reaching 1,500 hours feels like a major milestone, but I know it’s really the beginning of the next chapter. I’m excited to continue pursuing my goal of flying for the airlines and taking the next step in my aviation career.

I’m incredibly grateful for every instructor, student, mentor, friend, and fellow pilot who has helped me along the way. The hours may be mine, but I didn’t get here alone.

We’re also excited to welcome CFI Cole Pombert, who will be leading the launch of our Dallas location. Cole completed his flight training with Jet Access at our Columbus, Ohio location, and we’re excited for him to continue his aviation journey with us here in Dallas.
