Block Zero Training. Back to the basics. 🦅💪

Before we add weight, speed, or complexity, we try to master and build on the fundamentals.

The first week back is about sharpening technique, building great habits, and laying the foundation for everything that comes next.

We have a new addition to the team. 🧠💪

We’re excited to welcome Madeline Koch as our new Mental Performance Coach! Coach Koch will work with our student-athletes to help build stronger minds, develop resilience, and prepare them to handle the challenges of sport and life situations.

We are excited to watch her grow stronger minds, make our Hawk athletes tougher together, and make sure we are built to overcome. 🦅

Great teams are built by great people, and today we celebrate two individuals who represented what it means to be a Hulk Hawk. Through their commitment, character, and dedication to their teammates, these athletes showed up every day. They held themselves to a higher standard, and made everyone around them better.
