Fun and Easy Cardio!!
One of the easiest and most fun ways I have been getting my cardio in has been going on hikes at some of the local parks near me! If you are bored of doing the same cardio routine on the bike or treadmill, give this one a shot! With hiking on rough terrain, you can lose body fat, increase bone density due to some rougher terrains and absorb some natural vitamin D from the sun!

What are the 5 components of Physical Fitness??
The first component of physical fitness is muscular strength. Muscular strength refers to the amount of force a single or group of muscles can exert for a single repetition. One of the best upper body ways to test muscular strength would be either the bench press or even a push-up. Muscular strength is important for any everyday activity and can be worked on and improved upon for a very long time. I really value working on muscular strength with all of my clients, even my elderly clients.
