On July 18, the Department of Family Medicine hosted a CME-accredited Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Workshop for Family Medicine Clerkship preceptors. The event brought together preceptors from across the Indianapolis area for hands-on learning, collaboration, and skill development in POCUS applications for family medicine.
The workshop also strengthened connections among our teaching faculty and community preceptors while generating interest from physicians and educators across Indiana. We thank the faculty, staff, residents, and volunteers whose contributions made this successful event possible and look forward to offering similar opportunities in the future.
