Yes, breech can be a variation of normal. But having baby head down definitely makes things easier, especially when there aren’t many skilled breech providers nearby.

So here I am at 36 weeks doing a forward-leaning inversion from to give this little guy some extra room to move.

And let me just say…doing this with a sinus cold is not for the weak.
